From what I have read and learned from being at HealthNOW Medical Center years ago, our bodies are not made to digest gluten, therefore, why consume it at all? However, let’s face it, if you consume other bad stuff like refined sugar, and who doesn’t now and again, you won’t die from it, but it is unhealthy. I read that if you are going to consume a lot of sugar, drinking plenty of water the day before and the day afterwards will help flush it out. Perhaps that would work with gluten consumption, as well.
