I’m struggling with trying to understand the difference between a wheat/gluten intolerance and an allergy. Obviously, there is the anaphylactic type of allergy that would be different from the gluten intolerance that a Celiac patient experiences. But isn’t there also a type of wheat/gluten allergy that manifests itself in the form of digestive complications, too? [...]
