The editor of the magazine invited Dr Vikki Petersen to give a presentation on the popular book "The Gluten Effect" which she co-authored with Dr Rick Petersen.

A capacity crowd of over 50 attendees was delighted to learn about gluten sensitivity and its ramifications on health. "The Gluten Effect" was raffled off to some lucky winners.

Gluten-free, dairy-free goodies were provided from Let Them Eat Cake in Milpitas. They were also vendors at our Gluten Sensitivity & Celiac Forum last October.
