Dr Vikki Petersen presented a webinar that was the first in a three part series lecture to the students attending the University.

The topic was Gluten Sensitivity vs. Celiac Disease: The Relationship, Associated Diseases and Accurate Diagnosis - A Current Look at the Literature. Master of Science and Doctor of Science students received an hour webinar followed by a question and answer session.

The webinar was very well received and the Director of Doctoral Studies, Liz Lipski, PhD, CCN had this to say: "Your presentation was clear, well organized, and really helped people to see the early warning signs of gluten intolerance. Thanks so much!"
