More press! This is what "The Wave" magazine had to say about Dr Vikki Petersen and the book "The Gluten Effect"

"Vikki Petersen, a certified clinical nutritionist at the HealthNOW Medical Center in Sunnyvale (www.healthnowmedical.com), is author of The Gluten Effect: How "Innocent" Wheat is Ruining Your Health, a new book that addresses, in part, how diet influences inflammation.
